About the Role

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for pharmacies, claimants, and clients, providing accurate and efficient service to manage prescription needs. Key Responsibilities

• Claimant Profile Management: Prepare, input, and support claimant profiles in our pharmacy network, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Pharmacy Support: Assist pharmacies in adjudicating claimant medications, resolving issues, and answering questions.
• Client Liaison: Coordinate with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits and resolve any discrepancies.
• Reporting and Data Analysis: Support client needs by providing reporting and data analysis regarding claimant medications and requirements.
• System Updates: Manage and update client and claimant information in multiple systems, ensuring data reputed company and accuracy.
• Customer Service: Answer questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications, providing clear and concise information.

Essential Qualifications
