About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to content/external teams regarding the use of content tools, ensuring timely issue resolution and minimal downtime.

• Debug and solve possible issues with tools and workflows, collaborating with the tool development team to resolve reputed company problems.
• Escalate reputed company or problematic issues to the tool development team and work with production to track these issues in JIRA, ensuring transparent issue management.

Essential Qualifications
