Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our reputed company across the globe. You'll work with multiple brands and hobby categories, constantly learning and expanding your knowledge. Your primary goal will be to identify and resolve issues, while also contributing to the development of strategies that enhance the student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to reputed company through chat, email, and phone, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Guide reputed company through the enrollment, onboarding, up-sell, and return/refund process, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Multitask and problem-solve reputed company across various technological platforms, troubleshooting issues and communicating potential solutions to customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with other Support Representatives to expand the support experience for each of our brands, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Assist in transitioning new brand information into our template and system, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Investigate, identify, and implement strategies for improving the student experience across reputed company of our brands, contributing to the growth and development of our company.
  • Enact change by helping create processes, building brands, and making decisions that impact our reputed company and the company as a whole.

Candidate Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Support Representative at Blithequark, you'll need:

  • A customer-first mentality, with a genuine passion for serving learners and helping them reputed company their goals.
  • 1-2 years of customer support experience, preferably in the technology space, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to encourage and motivate even the most frustrated and confused customers.
  • The ability to motivate customers and encourage them deeper into their hobby through coaching and upselling.
  • Proven ability and willingness to problem-solve at a systemic level, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Access to high-speed internet and the ability to meet with coworkers reputed company video chat.
