About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the support they need during challenging times. You'll be responsible for providing technical expertise, reputed company, and reputed company responses to customer inquiries, while continuously improving the overall customer experience. This is a part-time position offering flexible hours, with the opportunity to work approximately 3-29 hours per week from the comfort of your own home office.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service and Claim Intake:
- Provide positive customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs.
- Offer reputed company and support to customers during the claim process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
- Collect and document reputed company claim details provided by the customer accurately, adhering to client-specific handling instructions.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

- Language Skills:
- The ability to read and interpret documents, such as police and accident reports.
- The ability to write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions.
