Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients address their customers' concerns, provide support, and resolve issues. You'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations and build loyalty. Responsibilities

* Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service

• Document call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Maintain and update customer information as necessary
• Upsell reputed company customers on new or enhanced services
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and services to provide accurate information to customers
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED

• Customer service experience is a plus
• Strong computer navigational skills

Work Environment

• Your Work From Home environment must be in a private residence, located at the address listed on your personnel file

• You will need to provide an Internet/Broadband Internet reputed company - DSL or Cable only. No Satellite, reputed company-up or Wireless Internet connections. Your workstation must be connected directly to the Internet with reputed company that your ISP meets a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps.
