Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to individuals and families applying for health care coverage through the Marketplace. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure that customers receive accurate and timely information, and that their needs are met with reputed company and understanding.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from consumers, including general inquiries and requests for assistance with health care coverage applications

• Respond effectively to reputed company forms of inbound and outbound contacts, including phone calls, emails, and online chats
• Track and document reputed company inquiries using our applicable systems
• Transfer/refer consumers to appropriate entities according to established guidelines
• Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials reputed company mail, email, or download
• Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures
• Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for resolution as needed
• Attend meetings and trainings as requested and maintain up-to-date knowledge of reputed company programs and systems

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or GED required and 6+ months of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Strong data entry and telephone skills
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

• Ability to successfully execute many reputed company tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently
• Previous experience with computers, phone systems, and headsets preferred
