Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to reputed company customer inquiries and support requests across multiple channels, including phone, voicemail, in-app and web messaging, email, and social media
• Managing ID verifications, ACH requests, chargebacks, and other day-to-day operational functions
• Communicating with end users to ensure positive customer experiences and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
• Collaborating with internal functions and external reputed company parties to resolve reputed company issues
• Continually building and maintaining expert-level product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful support to our customers

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Prior B2C high-volume support experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
• Proficiency with customer support platforms such as Helpshift or reputed company
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate with customers in both languages
• Experience communicating with customers reputed company social media, app store reviews, and other online channels
• Familiarity with payment processing systems and dispute resolution, including ACH, credit cards, and chargebacks
• Willingness and ability to work flexible and/or extended hours, including evenings and overnight shifts

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
