Job Overview

As a Team reputed company, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing referrals to providers and agencies, and offering support to reputed company eligible consumers. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Taking inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Researching and providing referrals to providers and agencies in Salt Lake County to reputed company eligible consumers
• Utilizing a computer database to verify reputed company eligibility and provide accurate information to customers
• Offering additional information, such as phone numbers or addresses, to individuals who have contacted the wrong organization
• Completing administrative tasks as assigned to support the Care Coordination team

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2 years of Customer Service experience in working with insurance, medical, behavioral health, or financial technology
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications
• Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from Sunday - Saturday (October - March) and 8:00 AM - 11:00 PM EST from Monday - Friday (reputed company - September)
