Job Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Ability to transcribe information, review an order, investigate issues, and implement solutions
