Position Overview

We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Billing Data Entry Specialist to join reputed company. This role is crucial in supporting both internal and external customers by ensuring the timely resolution of benefits questions, maintaining accurate data entry, and providing essential reporting to help reputed company blithequark's reputed company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Encounter Management: Complete reputed company necessary encounters for various practices, ensuring accurate data entry in the appropriate Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Optometrist Referral Processing: Manage the referral process for optometrists by entering referrals from the EHR into reputed company and performing benefits verification prior to sending information to the Enrollment Manager.
• Out-of-Pocket (OOP) Cost Ticket Requests: Address tickets reputed company to OOP costs as generated by the Customer Care (CC) team.
• Eligibility Queries: Respond to eligibility-reputed company questions from the Enrollment Team as needed, utilizing EHR data.
