About the Role

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be an integral part of reputed company, working closely with clients, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure seamless and accurate service. If you enjoy learning new things, managing multiple tasks, and helping people, this role is perfect for you. This position offers a unique opportunity to work from home on weekends, with a 4-day, 10-hour weekly schedule, allowing for a reputed company work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, input, and support claimant profiles in our pharmacy network, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications, providing timely and effective support.
  • Coordinate and liaise with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure reputed company medication benefits are assigned accurately in multiple systems.
  • Support client needs on requirements for claimant medications, providing reporting and data as required.
  • Manage and update client and claimant information in multiple systems, maintaining data reputed company and confidentiality.
  • Adjust to changing processes and needs of various clients, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Answer questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies on any topic reputed company to the claimant's reputed company or previous medications, providing clear and concise information.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3 years of reputed company customer service or telephonic experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
