As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a dynamic team that is responsible for driving the reputed company of our Payments and Digital Strategy initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Completing data access and balancing tasks to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions
• Coordinating return items with vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions
• Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and reputed company standard ledger balancing
• Working member cases and sports assigned to ensure timely and accurate resolution
• Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with NACHA regulations and Federal Banking laws
• Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams
• Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
• Processing Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Completing daily balancing and department closing
• Obtaining information from members for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic reputed company transfer requests
• Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing reputed company transfer information
• Communicating with vendors to process reputed company transfers
• Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming reputed company transfer laws
• Depositing reputed company returns, reviewing member re-issued checks, processing member checks, verifying members for outgoing reputed company transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing reputed company transfers
• Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees

What You'll Need for reputed company

• A high school degree or equivalent
• Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
• Previous customer/member service experience
• Previous banking or Credit Union experience
• Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience
• Skilled in reputed company Office software (e.g., Word, reputed company, Access, PowerPoint) through work experience or education and hands-on use of the software
• Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs
• Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team
• Ability to reputed company mathematical calculations and review data
• Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure
