Responsibilities:

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in potentially qualifying for compensation through an automated dialer
• Handling a high volume of calls, with the potential to speak with 40-50 callers per day, of which 1-5 may qualify for compensation
• Multitasking to listen, answer questions, and view multiple windows simultaneously
• Achieving or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
• Accurately utilizing phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and following scripts as needed
• Participating in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position
• Adhering to reputed company company policies and procedures
• Assisting with other projects as needed
• Self-troubleshooting and problem-solving basic IT issues

Requirements:

* You must reputed company in the reputed company or New Jersey

• You must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace
• You'll need a reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with the following specifications:

+ 8GB of RAM + 20 GB of free storage + 1.2 GHz or faster CPU

• You'll require high-speed internet with a minimum of 50Mbps download and 100Mbps upload speeds
• You'll need a reliable noise-cancellation headset that's wired reputed company USB (average price: $20-$30)
• You'll need a strong background in call-center environments and sales-focused experience
• You'll require at least 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

This is not for you if:

* You're unable to troubleshoot basic technical issues

• You're unable to work 40+ hours per week, each week
• You're unable to handle 350+ calls, including disconnects, wrong numbers, or hang-reputed company until you're connected with a viable caller
• You're unable to use problem-solving skills
• You're unable to work the full training period (90 days)
• You're unable to work 8 hours a day and proactively manage appointments, etc. during earned vacation days or reputed company business hours

• Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
