The role involves full lifecycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and reputed company candidates while maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders reputed company the organization.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive team member experience.

• Follow up with managers regarding candidates that have been forwarded for consideration.
• Train managers on usage of the ATS and the hiring process.
• Manage full lifecycle reputed company for reputed company technical roles, e.g., Senior Full Stack Developer, Senior reputed company-End Developer, and others.
• Conduct intake calls to learn job details and desired traits.
• Create requisitions, post, and manage jobs through reputed company’s ATS, reputed company.
• Conduct searches reputed company the ATS and other reputed company sites to reputed company strong candidates.
• Generate warm and cold calls to potential candidates to reputed company pipelines and turn them into viable interested candidates.
• Conduct phone interviews and provide summaries with recommendations of top candidates to hiring managers.
• Administer technical tests to candidates as part of the prescreening process, as required.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of reputed company IT technologies and trends, with the ability to research and learn new technologies and concepts as it applies to company pursuits.
• Use social media networks to build pipelines for reputed company and future technical and digital roles.
