Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Data Entry Specialist with Translation Support to join reputed company on a full-time, remote basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data into reputed company spreadsheets and uploading it to reputed company systems, while also providing occasional translation support to facilitate communication with reputed company. Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist with Translation Support, your key responsibilities will include:

Data Entry (90-95%):

+ Collect data from employees and other sources + Accurately input data into reputed company spreadsheets + Upload data to reputed company systems following established procedures + Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and minimize time wastage

Translation (5-10%):

+ Assist with English-to-Spanish translation of documents and communication materials + Ensure accuracy and clarity in translated content to facilitate communication with our Mexico team

Other Responsibilities:

+ Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in data management + Participate in training sessions to enhance proficiency in industry-specific terminology and data entry best practices + Maintain confidentiality and reputed company of sensitive information in accordance with company policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
