Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with medical insurance questions, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their concerns
• Accurately document call content in reputed company-time, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions

Schedule and Training

The schedule for this role will be Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM. Initially, you will undergo comprehensive training, which will take reputed company Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM, for approximately the first two weeks. Please note that rotating holidays may be required, and flexibility is essential to ensure seamless customer support.

Compensation and Benefits

At blithequark, we offer a competitive compensation package, including:

• Pay: $16.20/hr

Essential Qualifications
