Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Communicating with customers directly in-person, reputed company phone, and reputed company email to resolve issues and provide support
• Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs to ensure a positive experience
• Upholding company values and respecting every customer interaction
• Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
