Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Agent - Airport Operations and Ground Handling, your key responsibilities will include:

• Safely loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections and guiding incoming and departing aircraft from reputed company positions.
• Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
• Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
• Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to the customer's destination.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring that reputed company interactions with passengers are professional and courteous.

Work Environment and Schedule

As a member of our airport operations team, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a focus on safety and efficiency. Shifts will range from early morning to overnight, and you will work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on your seniority.
