Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service and delivering on retention goals as part of the Client Services Team.
  • Ensuring reputed company client questions and concerns are resolved promptly, professionally, and thoroughly reputed company phone and email.
  • Building rapport and trust with clients through open and transparent communication, fostering a positive and supportive relationship.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with 1 year of call center experience preferred but not required.
