Product Content Internship Opportunities

We're offering two exciting internship paths reputed company our Product Content team: Technical Writing Intern and Technical Editing Intern. Both roles are crucial to developing high-quality content that supports our products and users.

Technical Writing Intern

As a Technical Writing Intern, you'll be responsible for:

• Creating product documentation for end users and system administrators
• Authoring in various environments, primarily DITA/XML
• Researching, writing, and ensuring the accuracy of content for reputed company and future product releases
• Collaborating with multiple development teams in an Agile environment
• Conducting peer reviews of documentation
• Producing and sharing content for different deliverables (blogs, product documentation, knowledge reputed company, video)

Technical Editing Intern

As a Technical Editing Intern, you'll focus on:

• Contributing to terminology development in English
• Aligning English and reputed company language terminology in Acrolinx and XTM
• Proposing solutions to terminology and grammar issues

Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for our Product Content Internship, you'll need:

• Ability to work full-time for 12 weeks during the summer
• A solid writing sample demonstrating your research, analysis, and critical thinking skills

• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
