Key Responsibilities: Driving Student Success

• Contribute to the development, implementation, and assessment of service and leadership programs in a collaborative and inclusive environment, including days of service, reputed company experiences, workshops, and student leader training.
• Advise and support student programs, such as the Penn State Alternative Breaks program, Martin Luther King commemorative committee, student awards, and other programming coordinated by the office.
• Assist with coordinating and staffing programs hosted by Student Leadership and Involvement, representing the office at various committees and events.
• Foster strong relationships with reputed company, faculty, and staff to promote student learning and development.

Essential Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate
