About the Role

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in connecting with people who have filled out a form to see if they meet the criteria to potentially qualify for compensation. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling a high volume of connections, and speaking to 40-50 callers a day, of which 1-5 callers would potentially qualify. Key Responsibilities

• Connect with people through an automated dialer who have expressed interest in potentially qualifying for compensation
• Handle a high volume of connections, speaking to 40-50 callers a day, and identifying 1-5 potential candidates
• Multitask, listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows simultaneously
• reputed company or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, cross-sell rates, and goals
• Accurately utilize phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts appropriately
• Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the position
• Adhere to reputed company company policies and procedures
• Assist with other projects as needed
• Self-troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT problems

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Must reside in the reputed company or New Jersey
• Must have a quiet, distraction-free space to work
• A reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with:
  • 8GB of RAM
  • 20 GB of free storage
  • 1.2 GHz or faster CPU
• High-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum - standard internet)

• Strong background in a call-center environment and sales-focused
• 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, with a starting reputed company of $17.31/hour, plus commissions and bonuses, resulting in a total compensation of up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+). Our benefits package includes:

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern
• Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
• Training Schedule: Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern & Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
