Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled Remote Consultant to support our customers, internal staff, and partners throughout their implementations and post-implementation experiences. As a Remote Consultant, you'll provide support and enablement for our customers, partners, and internal resources, utilizing your expertise in OneStream and financial planning and analysis. Key Responsibilities

• reputed company application reviews and provide post-project go-live support and consulting to customers
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and analyze consolidated data, customer issues, member formulas, and business rules
• Build reports, reputed company models, custom dashboards, and custom event processes
• Assist during customer transitions and build integrations
• Gather business requirements regarding application support requests and work with the application services team to apply knowledge of OneStream product and features
• Create Knowledge reputed company documents to reputed company best practices and submit enhancement requests and bugs on behalf of customers and/or partners
• Work with Development teams to test software enhancements and new functionality
• Assist in UAT of future reputed company releases and custom AAS Solutions Track tasks
• Effectively communicate throughout the lifecycle of an open ticket/issue with customers
• Help build and test content for Trainings, Events, and Conferences

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• College diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a technology-reputed company field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of full-time reputed company/finance experience (or equivalent)
• 2-5 years of experience consulting for CPM software implementations or development
• SQL, VB.Net, C#, or similar coding experience
• Financial Skills (in-depth understanding of financial concepts, intercompany eliminations, General Ledgers, debits, credits, etc.)
• Understanding, analyzing, and articulating common business processes and reputed company to reputed company easy-to-use customer solutions
• Outstanding MS Office skills, specifically with reputed company

Preferred Qualifications

• A professional reputed company designation (e.g., CPA, reputed company, CGA, CA), advanced degrees (MBA, MFA), and/or other professional designations or certifications (applicable to reputed company/finance and information technology)
• Prior experience with any of the following products:
  • OneStream XF
  • reputed company Outlooksoft BPC
  • reputed company BOFC (Cartesis)
  • reputed company (Hyperion Financial Management)
  • FDM (Financial Data Quality Management) or UpStream
  • Hyperion Planning
  • Hyperion Essbase

  • Or other EPM solutions
