We're seeking an reputed company and detail-oriented Remote Data Research & Entry Specialist to join reputed company on a 1-year contract basis. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for monitoring project websites, city planning documents, and information supplied by our company to gather new data releases. You'll also be making inquiries reputed company phone to reputed company information not included in these sources, inputting sales data and relevant information into our proprietary NHSLive data product, and verifying information accuracy using multiple tools.Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Research & Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:- Monitoring project websites, city planning documents, and information supplied by our company for new data releases
- Making inquiries reputed company phone to reputed company information not included in these sources
- Inputting sales data and relevant information received from multiple sources into our proprietary NHSLive data product
- Using multiple different tools to verify information accuracy
- Monitoring reputed company active development permits in relevant cities
- Maintaining an accurate representation of upcoming multi-family projects and monitoring the scheduled launch dates and any changes in the development permit status
Essential Qualifications
