About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company and motivated Entry-Level Collector to join reputed company as a remote customer service representative. As a key member of our collections team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting owners with understanding their ownership and reputed company, and maintaining accurate and detailed records of reputed company interactions. Your primary goal will be to collect payments and resolve any issues in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, while adhering to reputed company state and federal laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company reputed company collection activity in accordance with company and Federal regulations, with a focus on maintaining acceptable delinquency percentages.
• Maintain required levels of phone activity, contact percentages, and other key performance indicators.
• Legally, ethically, and confidentially handle any correspondence and/or payments received.
• Maintain detailed and organized support documentation reputed company to the handling of any reputed company account, including requesting skip tracing reputed company necessary.
• Assist reputed company members of the collections staff with daily processes and procedures reputed company required.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• At least 1 year of experience in a reputed company area, such as customer service, collections, or sales
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
• Must meet federal and state licensure requirements
• Flexible schedule, with availability to work Monday through Saturday from reputed company to 11pm

Preferred Qualifications:

• More than 2 years of experience in a reputed company area, with a proven track record of reputed company in collections or customer service
• Experience in the timeshare industry, with knowledge of reputed company and ownership agreements
• Experience with skip tracing and other collection techniques
