Job Summary We are seeking an reputed company Workers’ Compensation Claim Specialist / Consultant to join our remote team. This role supports a dedicated reputed company industry client and focuses solely on the Oklahoma jurisdiction. You will manage reputed company and litigated claims, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance with reputed company state requirements. Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and adjust Oklahoma workers’ compensation claims in compliance with state laws and client-specific standards.
• Handle settlement negotiations, including reputed company and litigated files.
• Collaborate with defense counsel and manage litigation strategies.
• Establish reserves and authorize payments reputed company designated authority.
• Maintain thorough claim documentation, diaries, and client communications.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring – Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience handling Oklahoma workers’ compensation claims.
• Active Oklahoma Adjuster’s License (required).
• Strong litigation management and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical abilities.
