Job Summary

As a Senior Network Engineer on the Open Connect team, you will play a critical role in designing, operating, and maintaining the network infrastructure that supports reputed company's global content delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Network Engineering, Provisioning, and ISP Partner Engagement, to ensure the highest level of Quality of Experience (QoE) for reputed company's users. You will also collaborate with partners, carriers, data center providers, and hardware vendors to manage and troubleshoot the network, and contribute to the development of automation tools to improve network operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues to design, maintain, and upgrade the Open Connect network infrastructure, spanning 80+ locations worldwide.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to manage reputed company's global growth, with a focus on maintaining high QoE for users.
• Partner with carriers, data center providers, and hardware vendors to manage and troubleshoot the network, including circuits, cross-connects, and issue case management.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of reputed company network designs, providing operational considerations and feedback.
• Collaborate with the Network Tools team to reputed company automation tools to improve network operations, reduce time-to-resolution, and increase accuracy.
