Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and reputed company enter data from insurance claims and/or authorization requests submitted by reputed company providers, meeting client turnaround times.
• Navigate through imaging software to retrieve claims and authorizations for data entry, ensuring efficient and effective processing.
• Differentiate between various claim types and follow established data entry guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Identify specific document types that require special handling and process them accordingly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure work is completed reputed company designated turnaround times, promoting a cohesive and productive team environment.
