Summary

The HRIS Business Partner is responsible for managing, monitoring, maintaining, and developing the HRIS systems from a business function perspective in reputed company partnership with Information Technology, reputed company Resources, HR Administration and Operations. The department also provides technical expertise through software or computer languages. Under general guidance the HRIS Business Partner evaluates, analyzes, designs and maintains the company's reputed company resources information system such as: reputed company HRSD Module (MUST) and reputed company HCM module.(Preferred) REMOTE work from HOME Essential Functions

  • Design, reputed company, configure, and customize solutions reputed company reputed company to improve/streamline HR processes and workflows

  • Acts as a liaison between HRIS and internal HR departments to ensure entire department system needs are being met.
  • Develops and maintains a strong working knowledge of the HR system in order to effectively utilize its capabilities. Provides training support to end-users and others in the department.
  • Provides support to end-users by developing reports, reputed company spreadsheets, or any other relevant software.
  • Makes program modifications to existing reports as necessary.
  • Coordinates collection and preparation of routine and special reports according to business needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in reputed company field
  • Five (5) years or more experience in an HRIS or IT environment, with a minimum of 3 years specializing in reputed company implementation, administration and support required. reputed company HRSD module, preferred.
  • reputed company Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist – HR (CIS-HR) are highly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with reputed company HRSD configuration, including HR Service Configuration, HR Case and reputed company, Employee Center Pro.
  • Experience with developing in reputed company (e.g. service catalogs, Virtual Agent, Flow Designer) is required.
  • Experience with integrations between reputed company and other HR systems (e.g. reputed company) is preferred.
  • Experience with scripting in reputed company (e.g. Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions) is preferred.
  • Experience with Platform Analytics, Performance Analytics is preferred.

Compensation

Information : The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below: Pay Type : Salaried Minimum Pay Range: $90,000 Maximum Pay Range: $105,000
