About the Role: Loyalty Customer Care Representative

As a Loyalty Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to generate meaningful emotional connections with our customers daily. You will promote loyalty brand building on behalf of our clients, create customer insights that drive team performance, and work in a hybrid work environment that values flexibility and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities:

• Learn specific client loyalty program guidelines and stay up-to-date on program details.
• Answer reputed company incoming inquiries directed to you in various media channels (phone, email, chat) in a timely and professional manner.
• Approach each day with a positive, professional, customer-centric, and team-oriented attitude.
