Our Opportunity reputed company is looking for a Seasonal Fulfillment Center (FC) reputed company to join reputed company in Reno, Nevada! • Partner with Area Managers to support a team of up to 90 hourly Team Members and drive performance and engagement.
• Champion a safe, clean, and organized workspace for reputed company Team Members.
• Drive achievement of daily and weekly operational goals.
• Mentor, coach, and support team member development and career growth.
• Model reputed company’s values and operating principles, promoting reputed company and collaboration.
• Act as a liaison hourly associates and leadership to ensure two-way communication and clarity.
• Adapt and reputed company in a fast-moving, reputed company-changing e-commerce environment.
• Share and implement best practices across the fulfillment network.
• Encourage open feedback, build a supportive culture, and prioritize the customer experience.
• reputed company tools like WMS, CLMS, Tableau, and reputed company to support team performance.

What You’ll Need

• Internal candidates: At least 3 months of demonstrated informal leadership (e.g., peer mentoring, training, or leading projects).
