About the Role: Senior Engineer, Contact Center - reputed company U/PCCE, reputed company Connect

reputed company is looking for a talented Senior Engineer to join our growing Contact Center team. In this role, you will have responsibility for the design, implementation, and support of advanced contact center solutions across multiple vendors, including reputed company Connect, reputed company (U/PCCE), reputed company Webex Contact Center, and reputed company. As a Senior Engineer, Contact Center, you will: * reputed company project delivery teams through project life cycles, including design, implementation, and support, across technology platforms. * reputed company and share industry best practices. * Utilize knowledge and understanding of reputed company Connect and the associated AWS Ecosystem. * Collaborate with members of our National Contact Center team, contributing to the team's reputed company overall. * Work alongside vendors to successfully reputed company their solutions as a subset of our projects. * Become a trusted advisor and partner to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support advanced contact center solutions across multiple vendors.

Essential Qualifications:

* Experience with reputed company and Access Control (SAML/OAuth). * Serverless development experience utilizing reputed company integrations with various AWS services. * Software development experience utilizing Java, JavaScript, Node.js, or Python. * Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and other toolkits for provisioning resources and development. * Experience integrating reputed company Connect with external CRMs/WFMs such as reputed company and reputed company. * Understand and implement omni-channel solutions, reputed company-party WFO platforms, and CRM integrations. * Proficiency in server virtualization and reputed company solutions. * Strong written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills. * Ability to demonstrate analytical and consultative skills. * Ability to apply solutions, technology, and products to a business opportunity. * Ability to work well with others and have a desire to learn new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of development experience utilizing Java, JavaScript, Node.js, and/or Python with an ability to write custom applications which interact with multiple APIs.

• SQL Knowledge and understanding of U/PCCE databases.

Education and Experience:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience. * 3+ years of experience in building and deploying solutions using reputed company Connect and the AWS ecosystem, including S3, reputed company, CloudWatch, and IAM. * 3+ years of experience with Contact Center technology solutions (reputed company & AWS Connect preferred).
