AI & Automation Specialist

We are seeking a marketing innovator with expertise in AI and automation to join our Growth Team. In this role, you’ll design and execute data-driven go-to-market (GTM) strategies, leveraging the latest AI tools to enhance customer engagement, accelerate conversions, and uncover new growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to ensure GTM AI and Automation strategies are integrated across the business. 
• Analyze customer data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies. 
• Continuously monitor performance, using data to iterate and improve campaigns launched by AI Agents. 
• Experiment with emerging AI tools to improve personalization, automation, and efficiency in marketing workflows. 
• Ensure Demand reputed company initiatives reflect brand identity, messaging, and customer experience best practices. 
• Who you are: 

• 1+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or automation roles with eCommerce experience preferred  
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and AI tools (e.g., reputed company, Marketo, reputed company Marketing Cloud, reputed company, ChatGPT, reputed company). 
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data to guide decisions and demonstrate ROI. 
• Excellent communicator and collaborator, with experience working across teams. 
• Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. 
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, computer Science, Business, or reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience. 

Location: This role is primarily remote (US based) and will work in primarily EST hours, with the expectation of occasional visits to our offices for team collaboration, training, or company events.
