Job Description

As a customer service representative, your primary responsibility will be to connect with customers through phone, email, or chat, providing top-notch service and support. You will be the voice of blithequark, helping customers with their queries and concerns, and collaborating with our vendors and sellers to support and improve customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Use various communication channels to assist blithequark customers, including phone, email, or chat

  • Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Create resolutions for customers by solving their issues and escalating matters to the relevant blithequark departments reputed company necessary
