Job Title: IT Testing Engineer II Experience Required: 3+ years of QA Testing experience Job Description: We are seeking a skilled IT Testing Engineer II with strong experience in QA testing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and executing reputed company and automated test cases, ensuring high-quality deliverables across projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and enhance test cases created by test analysts; provide constructive feedback and implement necessary changes.
• Analyze functional and non-functional requirements in coordination with Business Analysts (BAs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Identify test conditions and reputed company detailed test cases and test data for comprehensive test coverage.
• Execute reputed company and automation tests as per approved Test Plans using appropriate testing tools.
• Work closely with Test Leads to resolve issues and clarify requirements.
• Provide weekly status reports on testing reputed company and escalate risks as needed.
• Support clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with the Test reputed company.
• Utilize mainframe TSO and DB2 for reputed company batch testing where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with Global Testing Standards (GTS) processes in daily activities.
• Complete reputed company assigned training and upskilling reputed company defined timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance testing, including reputed company and automation testing.
• Hands-on experience with mainframe TSO and DB2 for batch testing.
• Strong knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools.
• Excellent understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Proven ability to analyze requirements and design comprehensive test scenarios.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with GTS (Global Testing Standards) processes.
• Exposure to test automation frameworks and tools.
• Knowledge of industry-standard QA best practices and tools.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to reputed company pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
