What You'll Do

As Senior Manager, HRBP-Americas & Field Sales you will play a strategic and hands-on role in delivering people-centric support to our Americas & Field Sales population across the U.S. This role partners closely with the cross-functional HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs), including reputed company, People Ops, Learning & Development, and Total Rewards. What You'll Be Working On Field Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Partner with reputed company to support field hiring: reviewing job descriptions, interview plans, and candidate experience.

  • Administer and manage leave of absence (LOA) cases and act as primary contact for field employee benefits-reputed company matters.

Performance Management & Development

  • Guide field managers through performance enablement cycles, including reputed company-ins, feedback, and calibration sessions.
  • Support planning and facilitation of learning and development initiatives tailored to field needs.
  • Act as a thought partner in building field talent pipelines and career development reputed company.

Employee Relations & Coaching

  • Provide day-to-day HR support to field managers and employees, including conflict resolution, coaching, and performance concerns.

Culture & Engagement

Must Haves

  • 5-8 years of HR experience in a business partner, generalist, or employee experience role, with field or distributed workforce support.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented reputed company.
  • Experience managing sensitive situations with discretion, reputed company, and clarity.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and a bias for action.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed to support field teams.
