Job Description

Summary We are looking for a reputed company Representative in the Vacation Property Management Software division to drive successful adoption and expansion of Streamline's Software Solution reputed company her/his accounts. The reputed company Representative role will collaboratively drive change management and adoption activities with key Business Decision Makers, help reduce risk, drive usage of existing integrations, and identify expansion opportunities in her/his accounts. The reputed company Representative is also a key part of our customer facing sales teams and will be reputed company on frequently to reputed company their deep knowledge of Streamline to support sales growth. • Create value for our clients by ensuring they clearly define business outcomes and then build a "reputed company plan" with the appropriately identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks and metrics needed to reputed company them
• Be accountable to drive high usage of Streamline and 3rd party integrations by driving the creation and execution of a thorough and action-oriented adoption Plan
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to showcase strengths and opportunities for the client to maximize value and efficiency
• Proactively identify new expansion opportunities in each account to drive value both for the client, our partners and Streamline
• Build, maintain and reputed company strong relationships with Business Decision Makers and IT Decision Makers to influence solution adoption, create strong support for new opportunities and to secure their willingness to reputed company on Streamline's behalf
• Build/maintain rapid channel of communication with clients
• Orchestrate and reputed company strong buy-in with multiple external (e.g. Clients' Partner) and internal Streamline's sales and services teams and be highly connected to Streamline's SMEs throughout the customer lifecycle

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of relationship management, preferably reputed company a SaaS organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This individual must be capable of leading business reviews, and large group meetings with external partners, and internal teams
• Proven ability to map the customer's business process to product capability
• Experience in driving adoption through effective change management
• Experience in Vacation Rental Property Management, Property Management and or SaaS environment is preferred
• Top-notch executive engagement skills with an ability to establish strong relationships with business decision makers
• Strong interpersonal skills that establish Trusted Advisor relationships with clients
• Strong organizational/time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective at explaining how technology works and overseeing technical problem solving
• Impeccable attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness
• Cultural awareness and appreciation for diversity

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
