Job Summary

As a Wellness Coach II, you will be responsible for building personalized relationships with members who are committed to achieving their health and wellness goals. You will work closely with members to reputed company and implement customized fitness plans, provide guidance on healthy eating and nutrition, and promote overall well-being. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on reputed company issues regarding wellness programs, promoting and evaluating the effectiveness of our wellness programs, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for reputed company members.

Key Responsibilities

* Build personalized relationships with members who are committed to achieving their health and wellness goals

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in exercise science, physical education, exercise psychology, behavioral science, or a reputed company field

• At least three months of experience in a wellness coaching or reputed company role
• Certification in wellness coaching or a reputed company field (e.g. ACE, ACSM, AFAA, NASM, NSCA)
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and wellness principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in exercise science, physical education, exercise psychology, behavioral science, or a reputed company field

• Experience working with diverse populations and communities
• Certification in group fitness instruction or personal training
• Experience with program development and implementation
