As a Virtual Pharmacy Technician at Virta, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our member population receives timely and effective medication management. You'll handle prescriptions, prior authorizations, and insurance communications, supporting our healthcare providers and contributing to the success of our innovative diabetes reversal program.Responsibilities:
- Manage and process prescriptions for our member population, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reputed company pharmacy-reputed company activities.
- Handle prior authorizations, including reaching out to insurance companies for approvals and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Assist with billing and insurance-reputed company inquiries and issues, providing exceptional customer service and support to our members and healthcare providers.

Must-Haves:
