Job Overview and Key Responsibilities

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of aviation professionals, utilizing data to solve operational business challenges and supporting teams in the OCC. Your assignments will include working in the Load Control Center, where you will be responsible for aircraft weight and balance, fuel distribution, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company specifications. You will also contribute to the development of applications and efficiencies to reduce workload for the frontline team. Additionally, you will be involved in the Fuel System, where you will reputed company strategies, tools, and sustainability policies for annual jet fuel consumption, research methods to determine safe and efficient fuel loads, and improve aircraft routing and cargo forecasting.

Co-op Assignments

• Load Control Center: Responsible for aircraft weight and balance, fuel distribution, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company specifications.
• Work with the LCC's back office, creating applications and efficiencies to reduce workload for the frontline team.
• Fuel System: Responsible for developing strategies, tools, and sustainability policies for annual jet fuel consumption.
• Research and reputed company methods to determine safe and efficient fuel loads, improve aircraft routing, and enhance cargo forecasting.

Requirements to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you must be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Aviation Management, or a reputed company 4-year degree program. You must be available to work for three alternating semesters, Monday through Friday, and be enrolled in an educational institution throughout the co-op program. We are looking for individuals with a strong team-first attitude, excellent organizational, project management, and verbal/written communication skills, and proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, especially reputed company and PowerPoint. You must also be comfortable working in both group and individual settings, prioritize safety and reputed company for oneself and others, and embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles.
