About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company and friendly Virtual Receptionist to join reputed company in Georgia. As a Virtual Receptionist, you will be the first reputed company of contact for thousands of businesses across the country, handling incoming phone calls, providing exceptional customer service, and working in a fast-paced, high call volume environment from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls for thousands of businesses across the country, providing exceptional customer service and handling a high call volume environment.
• Communicate professionally and showcase your friendly personality to clients and customers.
• Navigate reputed company-based technology to handle caller interactions using multiple screens.
• Have a can-do attitude while multitasking and working independently.
• Type detailed messages free of spelling and grammatical errors.
• Work in a quiet, distraction-free room at home, free from disruptions from kids, pets, etc.

Essential Qualifications

• Excellent people skills (friendly and patient) and a desire to work in a fast-paced, high call volume environment from home.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
