The Role

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. You'll be the face of blithequark, providing real-time, hands-on support to customers in our delivery stations. Your expertise will help connect customers with the right information and resources, resolving issues and setting expectations with ease.

Key Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers directly in-person, reputed company phone, and email, empathizing with and prioritizing their needs

• Uphold company values and respect every customer, resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations
• Clearly understand and respond to customer issues, consistently composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses

As orders are dispatched and delivered, you'll be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers reputed company they need guidance. Requirements

* High School or equivalent diploma

• Previous experience in Customer Service
• Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
• Experience with Windows Operating Systems and reputed company Outlook

Preferred Qualifications
