To assist MHMRTC- patients in obtaining and maintaining SSI/reputed company and other relevant benefits by screening for eligibility; educating patients on available options; obtaining necessary information and documents; assisting with the completion of forms; providing review/changes assistance; monitoring and tracking reputed company toward benefit award; and providing representation for patients throughout the application and appeal process.
