Key Responsibilities
As a Database Specialist, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Accurate Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter and manage gifts in the donor database, including various donation types and payments.
- Gift Processing and Coding: Set up new gift batches and process donations reputed company 24-48 hours, ensuring proper coding and compliance with non-profit regulations.
- Tribute Accounts and Matching Gifts: Create tribute accounts and manage matching gift donations, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

- Constituent Record Management: Maintain and update constituent records based on new information, ensuring accurate and up-to-date donor information.
