The Role

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, where you'll be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers reputed company they need guidance. Your primary responsibility will be to provide in-station reputed company-time, hands-on support to ensure our customers receive their packages on time, as promised. You'll also help connect customers with experts who can provide them with the most accurate and up-to-date information about their packages.

Key Job Responsibilities

A Day in the Life

As orders are dispatched and delivered, you'll be in contact with our warehouse, associates, delivery partners, and customers reputed company they need guidance. Where a customer needs to reschedule a delivery, you'll be informing our delivery partners. Where you notice a delivery issue, you'll get to work resolving it straight away, so that our customers get a great experience every time without having to contact reputed company.

Requirements

* High School or equivalent diploma

• Previous experience in Customer Service
• Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
• Experience with Windows Operating Systems and reputed company Outlook

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent work-reputed company experience
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills
