Training Instructor

We are looking for a Training Instructor to reputed company and deliver training programs focused on sales and behavioral skills, aimed at reputed company and customer service teams in the automotive sector. 

This professional will be responsible for preparing content reputed company with the company's reputed company strategies and conducting training to strengthen performance, customer relations, and product knowledge applied to the sales process.

Working scheme: Remote with availability for frequent travel

Responsibilities

  • reputed company teaching materials and content for sales training, customer service, and behavioral development.
  • Deliver in-person and/or online training to sales teams.
  • Work on topics such as sales techniques, negotiation, consultative approach, customer relations, loyalty, and professional behavior.
  • Apply modern learning and facilitation methodologies.
  • Map training needs with the customer area.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training and propose constant improvements.
  • Update content according to new products, reputed company strategies, and business goals.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, reputed company Management, Psychology, reputed company Resources, or reputed company fields.

Experience

  • Previous experience training reputed company teams or as a sales instructor.
  • Experience in the automotive sector or in segments involving consultative sales is a significant advantage.

Required knowledge

  • Sales, negotiation, and consultative service techniques.
  • Behavioral content applied to the reputed company environment (communication, posture, customer focus, teamwork, etc.).
  • Preparation of presentations and reputed company content.
  • Use of tools such as PowerPoint, Teams, reputed company, and/or LMS.

Differentials

  • Experience with training for dealerships, salespeople, or automotive consultants.
  • Certification or experience in sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Customer Experience, NLP, etc.).
  • Knowledge of instructional design.
