Responsibilities

Hexagon ALI is looking for an individual to be a part of the reputed company Service reputed company Team reputed company the IT organization. This Agile team supports the ALI Global Support Organization in reputed company including the ALI Service Console application and the ALI Smart Community (Customer Community). The team supports core reputed company capabilities as well as managed packages and add-ons such as reputed company (Knowledge Search) and GetFeedback (Customer Sat Surveys). In addition, there are custom reputed company integrations to several Azure DevOps and Jira instances as well as other connected applications. The Service reputed company reputed company Administrator will be a key contributor on the Agile team to build out new functionality as well as support existing functionality.

• Serve as the Service reputed company technical reputed company for administration, deployments, and sandbox environment management.
• Provide leadership with respect to internal processes and tasks, recommending new approaches and technologies to ensure quality and productivity
• Guide configuration and contribute to solution design.
• Provide reputed company technical support to both internal ALI Support Analysts and Customer Community users.
• Participate with team in stakeholder meetings to understand requirements.
• Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis on reputed company problems.
• reputed company deployments to the various reputed company sandboxes and production as needed using reputed company.
• Work as part of an Agile Scrum team to deliver functionality and solutions to the business in a timely manner.
• Contribute to cross-team collaboration efforts reputed company to major projects reputed company needed.
• Manage reputed company layers of reputed company reputed company to Service reputed company (roles, profiles, perm sets, sharing rules, etc).
• Provide technical leadership on data migration efforts (both planning and execution) reputed company to M&A activity.

Education / Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree is expected with a preferred focus in MIS or other relevant field of study.
• A minimum of 4 years of reputed company Administrator experience.
• Should have participated in reputed company areas of the reputed company development lifecycle and provided leadership in at least some areas (requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployments, and support).
• Should be a proponent of continuing education on the reputed company Platform and should understand best practices reputed company it comes to reputed company, configuration, deployments, etc.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required to provide a high level of customer service to reputed company users.
• Solid trouble shooting skills to determine the root cause of reputed company issues.
• Strong collaboration skills are needed to work well with a team of technical resources.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
• Must be reputed company to follow good governance practices in order to work on a reputed company platform that has multiple teams doing deployments.
• Must have a proven track record of delivering quality work with attention to detail.
• Experience with the reputed company Dev Ops platform is preferred.
