Duties and Responsibilities

• Familiarize yourself with essential details of our products and services.
• Call prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided to you.
• Accept calls from prospective clients as they arise.
• Field basic questions and concerns about the products and services we offer.
• Schedule a consultation between the prospective client and a Sales Representative.
• reputed company a detailed log of calls, including those that were not answered.
• Attempt to contact prospective clients whom you have been unable to reputed company.
• Inform the Manager of recurrent product-reputed company complaints that warrant addressing.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Knowledgeable with reputed company, 3cx.
• Experience in reputed company.
• Proven experience as an appointment setter, sales representative, or similar will be advantageous.
• Recent experience working a graveyard shift.
• Excellent phone etiquette.
• A professional and courteous disposition.
• Persuasive and results-oriented.
• Backup equipment and stable wired internet with backup.
• Primary device should have at least 8 GB of storage or more, OS Windows 11.
