About the Role
We're seeking outgoing and driven Customer Service Agents who have a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or customer support. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers reputed company live chat, email, and phone to ensure a seamless experience and provide comprehensive information on our mobile applications
- Using internal resources and systems to view player account statuses and histories, using this information to assist with conversations and resolve issues
- Providing an exclusive level of customer service during every conversation, demonstrating friendliness, care, and building value in the blithequark brand
- Assisting guests with booking hotel reservations and RSVPs to special events while sustaining company conversion reputed company expectations
- Operating the telephone system to set call availability status, answer and transfer inbound phone calls, and execute outbound phone calls reputed company applicable
- Answering customer questions about blithequark, theScore Bet, Hollywood Casino.com, Penn Play, casino property information, account statuses, promotional offers, and property event information
- Following internal standard operating procedures to escalate issues to internal blithequark departments and casino property personnel

- Using internal tools and systems to investigate and troubleshoot technical issues customers are experiencing with our products
- Delivering exceptional performance results in customer satisfaction and contact handle times

- Maintaining a strong track record for punctuality and attendance

About You
