The Role

As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you'll play a vital role in driving the best possible user experience through process improvement, order management, and problem-solving. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our customers receive their products as quickly as possible and that any issues are resolved promptly and reputed company. You'll be the face of blithequark, interacting with buyers and sellers, and providing exceptional support to resolve reputed company customer issues reputed company to payments, orders, shipments, and general questions.

Key Responsibilities:

We're looking for a hungry individual who's eager to jumpstart their career in a fast-paced environment. • Open to working an overnight shift from 10pm - 7:00am PST.
• 2+ years of Support experience handling email and/or chat services.
• Weekend availability required.
• Understanding of Ecommerce and Marketplace operations.
• Experience with Customer-facing systems like reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company.
• Obsession with customers / being customer-first / serving customers.
• Proactive problem-solver and process-improver.
• Knowledge of Collectibles is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred.

Compensation

For Full-Time (Hourly) US-based applicants, the hourly range is $24.04/hour to $28.85/hour, plus benefits and equity. The final hourly reputed company will be based on a number of factors, including level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise.
